Susan Hannah will be conducting an interactive workshop on the use of an energetic technique called tapping. It can be used to address various types of stress. Ever have a craving for that perfect piece of chocolate or a bowl of creamy, soothing ice cream? Using tapping on the meridians of the body can help to reduce the "I have to have that!" sensation. It can also be used to reduce the icky upsetting feeling of that creepy crawler that can become bigger than life in our minds. Tapping empowers those who use it. Susan will give a brief history and then show participants how to use it. A tempting demonstration will be given.

4pm - The Power of Positive Thinking and Natural Healing
Melissa Moro, Sacred Stone Spa
The talk will include concepts of conscious positive thinking and the effects it has on health as well as, everyday life. It will also cover laws of attraction, why conscious thinking is so effective and why negative thoughts create dysfunction and attract negative outcomes. We will provide information on suggested material that explains concepts of our discussion more in-depth.
