 - Reiki Level 1 Class

Instructor: Reiki Master Kelly Jackson.
Reiki I is the 1st of 3 levels of classes to learn this comprehensive energy technique.
In Level 1 the topics will include: the history of Reiki, the description of the 3 levels (degrees), how Reiki works, ethics of Reiki, benefits of Reiki, description of a full Reiki session including hand positions, and what a Reiki attunement is. We will discuss & practice together at the end of class to incorporate what we have learned in this first level.
